DSR Adult Day Programs
Our adult day center provides complete care plans which are designed to enhance or maintain an adult’s abilities while having fun and enjoyment in the comfort of a safe and friendly environment. Our program includes:
Cognitive Activities
Group discussions, concentration games, and similar therapeutic activities reinforce abilities such as memory, language, and reasoning.
Social Interaction
From inside events to outdoor field trips, participants enjoy fun activities and entertainment while building relationships and fond memories.
Counseling & Support
Whether a participant just need a listening ear, advice, or resources, we give personal attention to the needs of all adults entrusted in our care.
Motor Skills & Fitness
Exercise routines include strength training, body coordination, maintaining balance, functional movements, stretching, and joint mobility.
Meals and Nutrition
Integrated Day Services & Rehabilitation provides nutritious and delicious balanced meals including lunch and 1 to 2 snacks at no additional cost.
Caregiver Assistance
We not only help adults who need assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), we also provide support and relief for their caregivers.
Comprehensive Care Management
We provide quality adult-care from a biopsychosocial perspective; this means we promote physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. We help adults who are challenged by aging, traumatic injuries, chronic illnesses, physical limitations, mental disorders, special abilities, and many other life-altering conditions.

Caregivers need care too! Even the most resilient person can become overwhelmed by the demands, stress, and fatigue of being a caregiver.
